Every caregiver on Kinly is an independent contractor. Kinly introduces you to families, and the booking is yours with them. Nothing here is a job offer.
What Kinly will check.
Before your first booking: your PSW certificate, confirmed with the school you trained at, a background check, and a reference check by phone. Your reference can be a place you've worked, someone who supervised you in training, or an instructor. This is being built now, before launch.
