What we keep, and why.
Kinly isn't open yet. Right now this site does one thing with your details: it keeps a waitlist, so we can tell you when Kinly opens in London. Here is all of it, in plain words.

Who we are
Kinly is a marketplace for non-medical home care, launching in London, Ontario. Families will find Personal Support Workers and book them directly, with no agency in between. It isn't open yet.
Why we keep it
To tell you when Kinly opens in London. Your side and how you heard about us help us plan for that day: how many caregivers and families are waiting, and how they found us. We don't use any of it for anything else.
Where it's kept
In Supabase, a hosted database provider that stores it for us on servers in Canada. The signup form can add your details to the list, but it has no way to read the list back. Only the Kinly team can, by signing in to that provider.
Who sees it
The Kinly team, and no one else. We don't sell it, rent it, or give it to anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until Kinly opens in London, and after that for as long as you want to hear from us. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
What you can ask for
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kinlycare.ca from the address you signed up with, so we know it's you.
What this site doesn't do
We don't use cookies, and we don't run advertising or tracking scripts. The company that hosts this site, and our database provider when you send the form, see basic connection details such as your IP address, as any website's providers do. None of that is added to your waitlist entry.
If this changes
If we ever collect something new, or use it differently, we'll change this page and the date at the top before we do.
